Program Overview

Our 8-10 week accelerator program aims to equip women entrepreneurs with the necessary tools to scale their business. The program consists of a combination of Masterclasses in leadership, business, technology and sustainability, anchored in 1:1 coaching for our selected participants. The program concludes with an opportunity to pitch for seed funding during the annual #SHE_BUILDS THE_FUTURE Festival.

What you’ll gain

Coaching

Enhance your knowledge in leadership, business, technology, and sustainability through our Masterclasses with industry experts. Get matched to personalized business professionals and receive 1:1 coaching to solve some of your biggest business challenges

Community

Become part of the #SHE_BUILDS Global Leadership Network, and tap into a network of women leaders spanning over 20 cities across 4 continents. Form connections with a diverse pool of local and international industry experts and influencers.

Capital

Leverage your time during the program to secure introductions with potential investors. At the conclusion of the program, participate in our Future Festival’s shark tank for a chance to secure seed capital.

Selection Criteria

Business is either woman-owned or has a woman in its executive team (CEO, CFO, COO, CMO, CTO)
Business has been operational for at least 1 year and is already generating some revenue
Ability to demonstrate long term vision for growth and resilience
Ability to demonstrate an approach to sustainability (social, economic, environmental)
Business clarity and market knowledge
Ability to speak English comfortably (this is a global program, to gain the most out of this, English is preferred)
Motivation to be part of an 8-10 week learning experience with a commitment of 4-6 hours per week for Masterclasses and coaching
